Organizing Committee plans to reserve (at reduced prices) accommodation for participants at the following hotels (http://guide-georgia.ge ):
Hotel Prestige, Batumi City (500 m. to the University)
Hotel Magnolia, Gonio (Seashore, 8 km. to the University)
Hotel reservation will be possible also via the Organizing Committee.
If you need our help, you have to send us your choice and exact dates of arrival and departure before June 1.

We will negotiate with hotel administrations and mail you the Invoice before June 15, which you have to pay by a bank transfer prior June 30 to confirm the room reservation and other payments.
