abstract:
We present effective oscillation conditions for all solutions of a linear
first-order delay differential equation written in terms of the Riemann-Stiltjes
integral and including equations with concentrated and distributed delays as
special cases. The main result of the paper is a generalization of the so-called
low-limit oscillation test for the equation with several concentrated delays.
