abstract:
In the paper, for an optimal problem containing neutral differential equation
with two types of control, whose right-hand side is linear with respect to the
prehistory of the phase velocity, the existence theorems of optimal element are
proved. Under the element, we imply the collection of delay parameters, initial
vector and control functions.
