ISPM Meeting

10th Regional Conference on Mathematical Physics


PARTICIPATION
Travel and living expenses of the participants should be covered by the home institutions.
Limited funds are available for participants from NIS and developing countries of the region.
Young persons with only limited experience should enclose a letter of recommendation from
the head of their research group or from a senior person active in the field.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
The organizing fee is $50 (paid in cash upon arrival).
The total fee for local expenses (including guesthouse accommodation & meals)
is about 30 - 60 USD per day (depending on the type of accomodation).

TRANSPORTATION

The regular  flights to Tbilisi are available from  Athens, Frankfurt, Istanbul, London,  Moscow,
Teheran, Tel-Aviv,  St. Petersburg , Vienna  and Zurich
(details about flight schedules and visas will be  posted here latter).

VISA
Participants from most countries would need entry visa for Georgia. If you need visa and there is Georgian Embassy
or Consulate in country of your residence it is strongly advisable to obtain entry visa in advance. As an alternative one can
obtain visa at the Tbilisi airport, but participants from the countries in which Georgian representation exists and who did not
obtained visa in advance in his home country have to pay at the Georgian border extra penalty for visa.
